Abstract:
A method for aligning a cutting tool (100) in turning, an intelligent tool holder (1), and a tool setting method. The method for aligning the cutting tool (100) in turning comprises: mounting the cutting tool (100) and a workpiece, pre-aligning the cutting tool (100) with the center of a main axis of a machine tool where the workpiece is mounted, and pre-cutting to obtain a cutting force curve; determining, according to the cutting force curve, the error form of the cutting tool (100) in the vertical direction of the center of the main axis, the error form comprising a central tool high error and a central tool low error; obtaining, according to the error form of the cutting tool (100) in the vertical direction of the center of the main axis, an error value of the cutting tool (100) in the vertical direction of the center of the main axis, and a central deviation value of the cutting tool (100) in the feed direction; and performing, according to the error value and the central deviation value, online alignment on the cutting tool (100).
