Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for aligning and fixing holder abutments using a jig device in order to improve precision, the method comprising: a first step in which a plurality of pieces of implantation information are set on the basis of a 3D planning image, and design information of a surgical guide is set; a second step in which the surgical guide, manufactured as an actual physical object, is installed on an arch to be restored, and the surgical guide is removed after implants are planted; a third step in which a jig device having alignment grooves arranged parallel to through-insertion portions formed on the upper side of the holder abutments respectively disposed on the upper side of the implants is coupled to the holder abutments and rotated, and the holder abutments restricted in rotation by alignment coupling bars inserted in the alignment grooves are fastened and fixed to the implants; and a fourth step in which the jig device is removed, and the fixing bar is inserted into the through-insertion portion and fixed.
