Abstract:
A method for analysing real-time road conditions to recommend a travel time, and a navigation system. The method comprises: recording traffic conditions at various time periods within a cycle for various roads (S100); detecting a planning route of a user (S101); according to the planning route of the user and the traffic conditions at the various time periods within the cycle for various roads on the route, calculating the quickest time period to a destination, and pushing to the user (S102). The present invention records the traffic conditions at the various time periods within the cycle for the various roads, calculates the quickest time period to the destination according to a path algorithm, and pushes to the user, thereby providing the optimal travel time when user real-time requirements are not high.
