Abstract:
Disclosed is an analysis method by capillary electrophoresis, which enables the size reduction of an apparatus, shows a high analysis accuracy, and can be carried out readily. Specifically disclosed is a method for analysis of a sample by capillary electrophoresis, comprising the steps of: providing a capillary tube for use in the capillary electrophoresis; and performing the electrophoresis of a complex of the sample and a compound having a cathodic group in the capillary tube, wherein the capillary tube has a layer A laminated on the inner wall and a layer B laminated on the layer A: layer A: an interlayer composed of at least one member selected from polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride, a non-polar polymer and a compound having an anodic group, wherein polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride is immobilized on the inner wall by means of physical adsorption, or at least one of the non-polar polymer and the compound having an anodic group is immobilized on the inner wall by means of a covalent bond; and layer B: a cathodic layer composed of a compound having a cathodic group.
