Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for analysis of a sample by capillary electrophoresis,
which enables the size reduction of an apparatus, shows a high analysis accuracy,
and can be carried out readily. The method comprises the steps of: providing a
capillary tube for use in the capillary electrophoresis; and performing the
electrophoresis of a complex of the sample and a compound having a cathodic group
in the capillary tube, wherein the capillary tube has a cathodic layer comprising
a compound having a cathodic group and laminated on the inner wall of the capillary
tube, and the cathodic layer is immobilized on the inner wall of the capillary
tube by means of a covalent bond.
