Abstract:
A gene analyzer that: obtains phoretic data which is time-series data of the signal intensity of multiple frequencies obtained by electrophoresing a sample; by using the phoretic data, identifies a single fluorescence spectral time at which a single fluorescence spectrum, a spectrum derived from only one base, is present; calculates a spectral shift model by using a spectrum obtained from a color transformation matrix at the single fluorescence spectral time and the single fluorescence spectrum at the single fluorescence spectral time; corrects the phoretic data by using the spectral shift model; and identifies the base sequence of the sample by using the corrected phoretic data.
