Abstract:
Provided is an analysis method for predicting a change in a flow resistance value associated with a change in a gap between substrates resulting from the application of pressure. The method for analyzing a flow resistance value, by which to calculate a flow resistance value of a resin 5 when a pressure is applied to a composite material including a substrate 4 and the resin 5, comprises: setting, in a composite material 3, an analysis region 9 comprising a substrate layer 17 including the substrate 4 and a resin layer 18 including the resin 5 but not including the substrate 4; calculating a compression ratio associated with a pressurizing force applied to the composite material 3; setting in the analysis region 9, in accordance with the compression ratio, boundary surfaces 19 to 24 of a zone in which the fluid pressure of the resin 5 existing in the analysis region 9 is to be calculated; calculating pressure differences between the boundary surfaces; and calculating the flow resistance value using the calculated pressure differences.
