Title:
METHOD FOR ANALYZING ISOASPARTIC ACID AND MASS SPECTROMETER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/010401
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method of analyzing isoaspartic acid by dissociating precursor ions derived from sample components and analyzing a generated product ions, the method comprising a step of generating the product ions by irradiating the precursor ions with hydrogen radicals or radicals having oxidizing ability to dissociate the precursor ions, separating and detecting the product ions according to a mass charge ratio, and specifying a product ion derived from isoaspartic acid on the basis of the mass charge ratio of the product ion.
