Title:
METHOD FOR ANALYZING METAL PROTEIN IN BIOLOGICAL SAMPLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/198811
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method which is for analyzing a metal protein in a biological sample and which can continuously maintain constant conditions of LC-ICPMS to measure a metal protein with high data reliability. This method for analyzing, in a biological sample, a metal protein that is a complex in which a biomolecule and a metal element bind to each other, includes: treating, by liquid chromatography, a biological sample which has been subjected to pretreatment, to separate a metal protein therefrom; and analyzing the separated metal protein through inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, wherein an ammonium acetate solution is used as a mobile phase.
