Title:
METHOD OF ANALYZING NUCLEIC ACID
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2007/046158
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
By elevating the hybridization efficiency between a primer or a probe and a sample,
it becomes possible to stably amplify a nucleic acid in a minor amount and analyze
the same at a high sensitivity. Namely, a method of analyzing a nucleic acid characterized
by comprising the step of hybridizing at least one first probe having a first sequence
complementary to one strand of a double-stranded nucleic acid, a second sequence
complementary to the other strand thereof and a third sequence of ligating the
first and second sequences with the above-described double-stranded nucleic
acid, and the step of hybridizing at least one second probe with the above-described
double-stranded nucleic acid.
