Abstract:
An object of the invention is to provide a method of analyzing a profile of a wireless access point (AP) and equipment utilizing the same. In comparison to the prior art, the method of the invention comprises: obtaining AP associated information of a wireless AP, e.g., connection history associated information of the wireless AP, provider associated information of the wireless AP, and others; determining, according to the AP associated information, profile information of the wireless AP; and establishing, via various information associated with the wireless AP, a profile of the wireless AP. The invention maximally provides information of the wireless AP, provides an enhanced experience for a user of the wireless AP, while providing a basis and preparation for further associated applications based on the profile information of the wireless AP.
