Title:
METHOD FOR ANALYZING PROTEIN-CONTAINING SAMPLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/088510
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a method for analyzing a protein-containing sample, the method comprising: (1) a step for dissolving a probe that nonspecifically interacts with a plurality of proteins in a plurality of solvents having different ionic strengths and/or pH's; (2) a step for adding a protein-containing sample to the plurality of probe solutions prepared in step (1) so as to cause the proteins in the sample and the probe to nonspecifically interact with each other; (3) a step for measuring fluorescence strengths of the probe solutions to which the protein-containing sample has been added in step (2); and (4) a step for comparing fluorescent strength patterns obtained in step (3) with a fluorescent strength pattern obtained of a reference sample.
