Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for analyzing a Y STR of a human subject to be analyzed, by using multiplex gene amplification and, more specifically, to: a method capable of rapidly performing gene identification with high accuracy by simultaneously amplifying and analyzing 16 short tandem repeat (STR) loci through a multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR); and a kit using same. An analysis method for gene identification of a human subject, according to the present invention, has low sample dependency in human gene identification since short amplification products are produced, and enables gene identification to be performed with high reproducibility and accuracy, thereby being useful in individual identification and blood relative identification.
