Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a method and apparatus for acquiring terminal information. The method comprises: a first vertical application layer server (VALS) receives a first message from a first network element, wherein the first message comprises SEAL server information acquired by the first network element, and the SEAL server information is used for determining a first SEAL server, so that the first VALS requests related information of a first terminal from the first SEAL server. According to the solution provided by the present application, the VALS can acquire related information of a target terminal in a scene that a SEAL server is deployed at the edge.
