Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a method and apparatus for adjusting a network slice, which are applied to the field of network slices. The method can comprise: a slice configuration network element receives service experience information from a terminal device, wherein the service experience information not only comprises information of a base station identifier and information of a network slice identifier corresponding to a service, but can also comprise quality-of-service index information and/or service user experience information; and then, the slice configuration network element can determine, according to the service experience information, that a base station corresponding to the base station identifier cannot satisfy the service, and can adjust, according to a determination result of the base station being incapable of satisfying the service, a network slice that is supported by the base station. Therefore, by means of the embodiments of the present application, according to a determination result of a base station being incapable of satisfying a service, the configuration of a network slice that is supported by the base station can be automatically optimized, so as to avoid adverse effects on the service of a user due to the configuration of the network slice that is supported by the base station being incapable of satisfying the service of the user, thereby improving the user experience.
