Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for allocating the encoding bits are provided by the invention. They belong to the encoding technology and can get the encoding results with high quality. The technical schemes provided by the embodiments of the present invention include a method for allocating the encoding bits. The method includes: obtaining the fluctuation parameter of each bit allocation unit in the signal, the signal including at least two bit allocation units (11); allocating the encoding bits for each bit allocation unit using the fluctuation parameter (12).
