Abstract:
A method and apparatus for analysing a data flow in a routing device, and a routing device. The method for analysing a data flow in a routing device comprises the following steps: acquiring a sampling ratio, and respectively allocating a first random value for each detection interface, wherein the first random value is within the range of zero to a value of the sampling ratio minus one; when the detection interface receives a message, acquiring a second random value generated by a random generator; computing a remainder of the second random value and the sampling ratio to acquire a computation result; and judging whether to sample the received message according to the computation result and the first random value. By means of the technical solution of the present invention, a flow and a flowing direction can be rapidly analysed, thereby improving the processing performance of a detector, and preventing, when a plurality of interfaces are simultaneously configured with sampling and the flow rates are the same, a data flow reaching a collector from becoming an interface order of magnitude of burst flow.
