Abstract:
A method and apparatus applicable in a 3D printed ceramic denture formed by stereolighography, related to the technical field of denture fabrication. In the method, dental data acquired by scanning is data processed to produce data of each sliced layer of image of a data model to be printed and transmitted to a control system, a liquid replenishment action is controlled by a control system so that the liquid level of a base material is always kept at a preset height, the base material is prepared proportionally from a photosensitive resin and a ceramic powder, when the liquid is replenished, the control system controls the mixing of the replenished liquid, printing is done by employing a scheme of bottom projection, sliced pattern of each layer of image are projected sequentially, and exposure to a light source is performed to complete curing layer by layer.
