Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for calculating an allowable voltage difference of a traction battery. The method for calculating an allowable voltage difference of a traction battery comprises: acquiring basic data of a traction battery; calculating an allowable SOC difference value of the traction battery according to the basic data of the traction battery; and looking up a preset SOC-OCV table according to the allowable SOC difference value of the traction battery to acquire a corresponding allowable voltage difference. According to the method for calculating an allowable voltage difference of a traction battery provided in the present application, multiple factors such as the storage time length of a traction battery, the lower limit of SOC usage, the calculation accuracy of a BMS for a SOC, and an SOC jumping catch-up strategy are taken into consideration, such that the calculation of an allowable voltage difference of a traction battery is more standard, and the offline test of the traction battery is more normalized, and the problem of there being no method for calculating an allowable voltage difference at present is solved; and whether a calculated allowable voltage difference is normalized is determined, thereby solving the effect of the voltage difference problem on the charge/discharge power performance and service life of the traction battery.
