Abstract:
Method, apparatus and computer program product for handover are disclosed. A method comprises receiving a user equipment (UE) deletion message, wherein the UE is served by a first radio network and the deletion message is triggered by an event that the account balance associated with the UE is greater than a threshold; and performing UE deletion such that the UE accesses a second radio network.
