The present disclosure relates to a method, apparatus, and computer program for tracking local contact security in a wireless communication system, and a recording medium therefor. A method for performing an exposure notification service by a first device of a wireless communication system, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, comprises the steps of: periodically broadcasting a first advertising packet including a proximity identifier of the first device; periodically scanning one or more second advertising packets including proximity identifiers of one or more second devices; and determining whether or not the proximity identifiers of the one or more second devices match a diagnosis key, or receiving information about the matching or not. The proximity identifier of the first device may be changed according to a predetermined period.
