Abstract:
A method and apparatus (600) for configuring an IJTAG circuit, an electronic device (130), a computer readable storage medium, and a computer program product. A target segment insertion bit register set and a target value thereof used to concatenate a register to be operated to a shift sequence are determined on the basis of a circuit configuration file (120) and a circuit description file (110), so as to determine configuration data (140) used for implementing an operation described in the circuit configuration file (120), such that a test vector can be automatically generated, and the efficiency of chip test can be improved.
