Abstract:
The method and apparatus for controlling an AC high-frequency motor is disclosed. The high-frequency power source which supplies the power to the stator and the rotor of the motor is such changed that there is a 180 degree phase difference between them, and so the torque in the same direction is produced, and controlling the motor speed smoothly can be achieved by regulating the voltage of the motor. Said apparatus comprises a rotor position sensor which provides the rotor position signal, and a regulator connected between the high-frequency power source and the motor for regulating the voltage of the power source. The control system is simple and the mass can be reduced remarkably by causing the motor high-frequency.
