Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of smart household appliances. Disclosed is a method for controlling an air conditioner. The method comprises: when it is determined that there is no user in a cleaning area, acquiring moisture content information of a cleaning article; and when the moisture content information indicates that the cleaning article has been used, enabling a drying mode to dry the cleaning article. In the present application, whether a cleaning article has been used is determined by measuring the moisture content of the cleaning article, and when the cleaning article has been used, a drying mode of an air conditioner is enabled to dry the cleaning article. In this way, a cleaning article, which is placed in a humid environment and left for a long time, is prevented from breeding a large amount of bacteria due to the fact that the cleaning article is not dried in a timely manner after being used. A cleaning article used by a user is dried in a timely manner by means of an air conditioner, such that that it is guaranteed that the cleaning article can be kept in a dry state, thereby providing convenience for the user when using the cleaning article next time. Further disclosed in the present application are an apparatus for controlling an air conditioner, and an air conditioner and a storage medium.
