Abstract:
A method and device for controlling a PFC converter, and a variable-frequency electric appliance. The method comprises: controlling a PFC converter to generate a frequency offset function in which frequency offset values change periodically with time (101), superimposing the frequency offset function on a carrier reference frequency of the PFC converter to produce a periodically changing PFC carrier frequency function (102), detecting the phase of a mains voltage signal, and controlling PFC carrier frequencies corresponding to frequency points of the PFC carrier frequency function to make periodic changes in step with the phase of the main voltage signal (103). The method, the device, and the variable-frequency electric appliance effectively reduce the maximum interference power spectrum amplitude detected in a testing process, thus implementing the goal of reducing the level of electromagnetic interference in a high-frequency PFC technology, and reducing the power consumption of the PFC converter.
