Abstract:
A method and apparatus for controlling a pointing action of a robot, and an electronic device and a storage medium. The method for controlling a pointing action of a robot comprises: when a target object exceeds a reachable range of a robotic arm end of a robot, selecting, according to target object coordinates of the target object in a robot coordinate system, a robotic arm, which is closer to the target object, from double robotic arms of the robot (110); according to the mapping of the target object coordinates, shoulder joint coordinates of a shoulder joint of the selected robotic arm in the robot coordinate system, and a predetermined rule of a pointing action, obtaining a pose of a robotic arm end of the selected robotic arm pointing to the target object within the reachable range (120); according to the obtained pose of the robotic arm end, determining a trajectory of the selected robotic arm along the current pose of each joint of the selected robotic arm to a target pose of each joint (130); and according to the trajectory, controlling the selected robotic arm to point to the target object (140).
