Abstract:

Provided are a method and apparatus for controlling a service device to perform a service operation, a device, and a medium. The method comprises: obtaining voice information to be recognized; performing voice recognition on the voice information to obtain target voice recognition information corresponding to the voice information; determining whether a target service control command corresponding to the target voice recognition information is stored in a pre-constructed association set, voice recognition information and a service control command being correspondingly stored in the association set in advance; and if yes, sending a target service operation control command to a corresponding service device so that the service device performs a service operation corresponding to the target service operation control command. No manual participation is required and the service device can be controlled to perform a service operation, so that less manual effort is required.
