Abstract:
A method and apparatus for converting a picture to a video, a device, and a storage medium. The method for converting the picture to the video comprises: performing color fading processing on an original picture to obtain a black-and-white image; determining a foreground area and a background area of the black-and-white image; on the basis of a processing order of the foreground area and the background area, performing iterative color restoration on pixel points in the black-and-white image, and storing the image obtained by means of each restoration as a picture frame to obtain multiple frame images; stitching the multiple frame images to obtain a target video.
