Abstract:
A probe of a double pipe structure is connected to an exhaust gas passage of the kiln and a part of the exhaust gas from the kiln is extracted via the inner pipe of the probe, while a cooling gas is supplied to the fluid passage between the inner and outer pipes of the probe. The cooling gas is introduced into the tip of the inner pipe to form a mixing and quick-cooling region at the tip of the probe for quick-cooling the extracted exhaust gas therewith.
