Abstract:
Disclosed is a data communication method in a radio network, comprising the steps of calculating an expected value of transmission efficiency of Carrier Sense Multiple Access/Collision Avoidance (CSMA/CA) protocol and an expected value of transmission efficiency of Slotted ALOHA protocol, comparing the two expected values, switching a mode into the mode of the protocol having the larger expected value from among the expected value of transmission efficiency of CSMA/CA protocol and the expected value of transmission efficiency of Slotted ALOHA protocol, and broadcasting, to STAs, a message for instructing STAs to switch protocols into the protocol having the larger expected value of transmission efficiency, and carrying out a data transmission by using the protocol having the larger expected value of transmission efficiency.
