Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present application are a method and apparatus for determining a blood-brain barrier closing time, an electronic device, and a medium. The method comprises: respectively obtaining magnetic resonance longitudinal relaxation time maps corresponding to multiple contrast agent injection moments of a target brain region in the process of opening the blood-brain barrier in the target brain region of a target object by means of magnetic resonance guided ultrasound; determining a blood-brain barrier opening region of the target brain region and a muscle tissue region and a blood-brain barrier closing region corresponding to the blood-brain barrier opening region; for each magnetic resonance longitudinal relaxation time map, respectively determining magnetic resonance longitudinal relaxation times of the blood-brain barrier opening region, the muscle tissue region, and the blood-brain barrier closing region; respectively determining contrast agent concentrations of the regions on the basis of the magnetic resonance longitudinal relaxation times; and determining a closing time of the blood-brain barrier opening region according to the contrast agent concentrations of the regions corresponding to the multiple injection moments.
