Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of communications. Provided are a method and apparatus for determining a noise power, and a device and a storage medium, which are used for improving the accuracy of determining a noise power. The method for determining a noise power comprises: a network device receiving a first signal from a terminal device; the network device determining a target feature vector according to the first signal, wherein the target feature vector is used for representing a unit vector orthogonal to a signal direction in the first signal; and according to the target feature vector and the first signal, the network device determining a noise power of a channel where the terminal device sends the first signal.
