Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for determining the spatial coordinates x, y and z of at least one sensor node (2) in a container (1), having the following method steps: a) temporarily producing a magnetic field of the strength BS1 with the aid of a coil S1 (3.1) at the time t1, wherein the spatial position of the coil S1 (3.1) is known, b) determining the flux density BE1 at the location of the at least one sensor node (2) at the time ti by means of magnetic field sensors, c) mathematically determining the spatial distance values D1 between the sensor node (2) and the coil S1 (3.1) from the flux density BE1 in the at least one sensor node (2), d) repeating steps a) to c) with further coils S1+i (3.2 to 3.10) which are spatially at a distance from one another in each case in order to determine the spatial distance values D1+i of the at least one sensor node (2) with respect to the individual coils S1+i (3.2 to 3.10) until there are at least four distance values D1+i, e) mathematically determining spatial coordinates x, y, z of the at least one sensor node (2) from the at least four individual distance values D1+i. The invention also relates to an apparatus for carrying out the method.
