Abstract:
A method and apparatus for determining a trochlear groove curve of a femur, and a storage medium and an electronic device, which method and apparatus can automatically identify a trochlear groove curve on the basis of a three-dimensional femur model which is reconstructed by means of CT pictures. The method for determining a trochlear groove curve of a femur comprises: generating a plane UPF, which passes points PLCP and PMCP and is parallel to an alignment; generating a plane UVH, which passes the highest points PLHP and PMHP respectively on the medial epicondyle surface of a femur and the lateral epicondyle surface of the femur and in the direction of an AP line, and is perpendicular to the plane UPF, and then acquiring the point, which has the minimum y value in a curve LVH obtained by making the plane intersect the distal end surface of the femur, and taking the point as a point PVHL; generating a plane UHL, which passes points PFK and PVHL and is perpendicular to the plane UPF, and then making the plane intersect the distal end surface of the femur to obtain a curve LWS; by using each plane UWSCi, which is determined by means of a projection point PLHP' and a projection point PMHP' of the highest points PLHP and PMHP on the plane UPF, and any point on the curve LWS, extracting a curve LWSCi of a contour which intersects the distal end surface of the femur, and solving the lowest points PWSi distributed along a trochlear groove and on the curve LWSCi; and fitting the planes where the lowest points PWSi are, so as to obtain a fitted plane UWS, and then making the fitted plane intersect the distal end surface of the femur, so as to obtain a trochlear groove curve LWSF.
