Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a method and an apparatus for determining an urgent task processing device of a terminal. If it is detected that a first urgent task processing device has changed from being able to process an urgent task initiated by the terminal to being unable to process an urgent task initiated by the terminal, at least one second urgent task processing device is selected from an urgent task processing device group, so as to change a device for processing an urgent task initiated by the terminal from the first urgent task processing device to the second urgent task processing device, realizing the dynamic adjustment of a device for processing an urgent task initiated by the terminal according to the state of the first urgent task processing device, and thus, the situation that there is no device to process an urgent task is avoided, and the service level of the urgent task is improved. Furthermore, device identification information about the selected second urgent task processing device can also be sent to the terminal, so that the terminal can directly use the device identification information about the second urgent task processing device, thereby reducing the processing time of a task.
