Abstract:
A method and apparatus for determining a vehicle maintenance scheme, the method comprising: receiving target malfunction information sent by a first terminal device; and matching the target malfunction information to maintenance material in a maintenance material database, and determining a target maintenance scheme, the maintenance material database storing historical malfunction information and historical research schemes. Hence, by using the provided method and apparatus for determining a vehicle maintenance scheme, a server may use the maintenance material database to accurately determine a target maintenance scheme since a large amount of historical malfunction information and historical research schemes corresponding to the historical malfunction information may be stored in the maintenance material database.
