Abstract:
A method and apparatus for determining whether a product is crystallized, and a detection device. According to the method and the device, inspection sound waves generated after a product to be detected is impacted are compared with standard sound waves; because of inherent features of sound waves generated after a crystallized product is impacted are obviously different from those of sound waves generated after a non-crystallized product is impacted, it is only required to regard known sound waves generated after the crystallized product or the non-crystallized product is impacted as standard sound waves, and whether the product to be detected is a crystallized product or non-crystallized product can be determined by inspecting the similarity between the sound waves and the standard sound waves. Compared with the prior art, the device structure of the solution and the detection method are simplified, thereby facilitating large-scale popularization in industrial application.
