Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the field of home automation. Disclosed are a device control method and apparatus, the method comprising: receiving an identifier display instruction, wherein the identifier display instruction is generated when a lock screen of a control device is touched according to a predetermined path; acquiring a device identifier of a corresponding controlled device according to a log-in status of a user account on the control device; displaying the acquired device identifier of each of the controlled devices on the lock screen; and after determining a selected device identifier, sending a control instruction to the controlled device having such device identifier. The present disclosure solves the problem wherein a user's frequent control of the controlled devices while the control device is in a lock-screen state involves complex and cumbersome operations, the present disclosure allows the user to control the controlled devices directly in the lock-screen state without having to unlock the control device, thus improving the timeliness and convenience of the user's control of the controlled devices.
