Disclosed in the present invention are a method, apparatus and device for converting a texture map of a three-dimensional model, and a medium. The method comprises: according to the coordinates of a plurality of initial key points in a three-dimensional model, determining a target plane, wherein the three-dimensional model is divided into a plurality of patches, and the initial key points are boundary vertices of the patches; acquiring a key point set corresponding to each initial key point, wherein the key point set corresponding to each initial key point comprises the coordinates of the initial key point and an initial key point in a neighborhood of the initial key point; according to each key point set, determining Laplace coordinates of each initial key point on the target plane; and according to a preset algorithm and the Laplace coordinates of each initial key point, inserting, into the target plane, a texture map corresponding to each patch, so as to obtain a two-dimensional texture map. By means of the present invention, the accuracy of a texture map of an expanded three-dimensional model is improved.
