Abstract:

Provided are a method, apparatus and device for determining a transmission scheme. The method comprises: a base station acquiring a transmission scheme switching indication of a UE, wherein the transmission scheme switching indication of the UE is used for indicating the switching of a transmission scheme of the UE from user-plane transmission to control-plane transmission or from control-plane transmission to user-plane transmission; and the base station configuring a switched transmission scheme with the UE according to the transmission scheme switching indication. A base station acquires a transmission scheme switching indication by means of the state of a UE or a core network device and configures a switched transmission scheme with the UE, without needing the UE and the core network device to perform attachment and tracking area update again, thereby realizing the switching of the transmission scheme of the UE, and ensuring that the UE and the base station can switch the transmission scheme and continue to operate when there is a capabilities mismatch.
