Abstract:
Disclosed are a method, apparatus and device for sending and receiving information. The method for sending information of a first node comprises: the first node sending at least one piece of first configuration information in an initiated first process, wherein the first configuration information comprises first indication information, the first indication information is used for indicating that the first configuration information is incremental configuration information based on the current second configuration information, and identification information corresponding to the first configuration information is different from identification information corresponding to the second configuration information.
