Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a method, apparatus, and device for transmitting activation-related system information. The method comprises: UE receiving a first system message sent by a base station, wherein the first system message comprises activation indication information and a change indication label, the activation indication information is used to indicate whether a function indicated in an activation-related system message is activated, and the change indication label is used to indicate whether scheduling information of the activation-related system message is changed; the UE acquiring first scheduling information of the activation-related system message according to the activation indication information and the change indication label; and reading the activation-related system message according to the first scheduling information, and selecting, according to the activation indication information and the change indication label, a different manner to acquire the first scheduling information of the activation-related system message. Therefore, the present invention ensures that UE only needs to receive scheduling information of an activation-related system message when the scheduling information is changed, thus preventing the UE from continuously remaining in a state of detecting and receiving, thereby effectively reducing power consumption of the UE.
