Abstract:
An apparatus is provided for displaying content. The apparatus includes a head-mountable display (HMD) and at least one processor configured. The processor is configured to display content at a default position in a viewable range, the viewable range including a viewed region that is visible to a user while wearing the HMD. The processor is also configured to, responsive to a change in orientation of the HMD, identify a new default position for the content in the viewable range based on the change in the orientation. The processor is also configured to display the content at the new default position in the viewable range when the new default position is within the viewed region.
