Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention are a method and apparatus for the dynamic adjustment of pulse width modulation signals: determining a target duty cycle and a number of bits of control precision; determining a number of bits for pulse width modulation control bits, cache bits, and dynamic compensation bits, respectively, wherein the sum of the number of bits of the pulse width modulation control bits, the cache bits, and the dynamic compensation bits is equal to the number of bits of control precision; determining a basic value on the basis of the target duty cycle, storing the basic value in the pulse width modulation control bits, storing precision compensation data of the basic value in the cache bits, and storing a dynamic compensation parameter in the dynamic compensation bits; using the basic value and the precision compensation data to generate a pulse width modulation signal, and dynamically adjusting the precision compensation data on the basis of the dynamic compensation parameter so as to dynamically adjust the pulse width modulation signal. The present invention may improve the control precision of pulse width modulation signals and lower the space and costs of a cache.
