Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for encoding and decoding a scalable video using denoising filtering. Provided is the method for encoding the scalable video for: generating base layer restoration images from a base layer image stream; and restoring an enhancement layer current image by using a reference image determined from among a determined reference picture list, when the reference picture list comprising the base layer restoration image and/or a denoised base layer restoration image corresponding to the enhancement layer current image from among the base layer restoration images is determined from an enhancement layer image stream.
