Abstract:
A method and apparatus for enhancing a measurement rule on an unlicensed frequency in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device performs measurements of neighbor cells when a channel occupancy of the ulicensed carrier is above a second threshold, even though a quality of a serving cell on the unlicensed carrier is above a first threshold (i.e. s-measure).
