Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and apparatus for evaluating industrial control loop performance based on full loop reconstruction simulation. The method comprises: performing reconstruction simulation one by one on control modules in a control loop other than a controlled object, and determining the correctness of the reconstructed control modules; establishing a mathematical model of the controlled object, and connecting same to the reconstructed control modules, completing the reconstruction of the whole control loop, and optimising the mathematical model of the controlled object to obtain an optimised model of the controlled object; according to a control performance index, adjusting control module parameters, using the parameters to perform simulation calculation on the reconstructed control loop to obtain a theoretical value of the reconstructed performance control index, and evaluating the performance of the control loop. The industrial control loop is reconstructed and, based on this, evaluating the influence of control modules such as a PID controller, a filter, a fragment linear function, and a dead-zone link on control performance, indicating improvement space for control performance and a corresponding technical solution.
