Abstract:
Provided are a method for executing, an electronic device, an application on the basis of a user's voice command and an electronic device therefor. The method for executing, by an electronic device, an application on the basis of a user's voice command comprises the steps of: performing voice recognition for a voice command for executing an application; determining a target page from among a plurality of pages that can be displayed while the application is being executed, on the basis of the result of the voice recognition; generating a virtual input sequence for displaying a second screen corresponding to the target page in place of a first screen currently being displayed; and executing the application in response to the virtual input sequence.
