A method and apparatus for generating an operation prescription map, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring a spectrogram of a region to be subjected to plant protection operation, the spectrogram reflecting a growth condition of vegetation in the region; acquiring a route of an unmanned aerial vehicle planned for the region and operation parameters of the unmanned aerial vehicle; and generating an operation prescription map on the basis of the spectrogram, the route, and the operation parameters, so that the unmanned aerial vehicle performs plant protection operation on the region on the basis of the operation prescription map. The operation prescription map generated by the method can be matched with the unmanned aerial vehicle, and then the unmanned aerial vehicle can achieve uniform operation in land parcels corresponding to grids of the operation prescription map, so that variable operation having smaller granularity can be achieved, waste of agricultural material products is reduced, more flexible and more effective plant protection operation is achieved, and the applicability of the unmanned aerial vehicle can further be improved.
