Abstract:
A method and apparatus for generating phase offset code symbols for a long scrambling code. The apparatus comprises a generation module of the phase offset generated vectors Clong,1,x,n?Clong,2,x,n, a generation module of the phase offset generated vectors Clong,1,y,n?Clong,2,y,n, a generation module of the phase offset generated vectors Clong,1,n?Clong,2,n, and a generation module of the long scrambling code symbols. The method comprises steps of: determining the phase rotation matrices of the long scrambling code sequence by the phase offset quantities; obtaining the phase offset generated vectors based on the matrices and the generated vectors; obtaining the sequence values after phase offset by the phase offset generated vectors and the long scrambling code sequence; and generating the long scrambling code symbols after phase offset based on the sequence values.
